摘要
针对现代船舶泵浦自动控制的要求以及特点,设计高性能的泵浦管理系统。在重点论述PLC控制单元中,选用西门子公司最新的S7-1200/1500PLC作为核心控制器。并以Elecworks作为制图软件,完成对泵浦管理系统原理图与S7-1200/1500PLC图纸的设计。该系统可以更好的实现泵浦故障时主备用泵的自动切换与顺序起动,提高泵浦系统自动控制的准确度及诊断能力,使其更加安全可靠。
Aimed at requirements and characteristics of modern ship pump automatic control,a highperformance pump management system is designed,and the latest Siemens S7-1200/1500PLC as the corecontroller is selected in PLC control unit.The paper takes Elecworks as a mapping software for completingdesign schematics of pump management system and design drawings of S7-1200/1500PLC.The system canrealize automatic switching sequence starting of the main standby pump during pump failure,and improvethe accuracy and diagnosis ability of the pump system’s automatic control for running more safer andreliable.
