对于频率合成器(DDS)电路,相位噪声的测试不可缺少,该文简单介绍了相位噪声的定义,详细介绍了相位噪声的测试方法以及DDS电路测试过程,给出了实际的测试结果。
For the DDS circuit,phase noise test are indispensable,the article briefly introduces the definition of phase noise firstly,and then introduces in detail the test method of phase noise and the test process of DDS circuit,The test result is given at last,to provide good references for DDS circuit phase noise test.
