摘要
在高速光电测量仪器中,光电二极管及其前置放大器作为第一级,其输出信号的质量直接关系到测量结果的及时性和准确性。该文通过对高速光电二极管和前置放大器的原理分析,尤其是频率响应和稳定性的分析,介绍一种高速光电二极管前置放大器选择方法及使用实例。
In high-speed photoelectric measuring instruments,the photodiode and its preamplifier as the first level,the output signal quality is directly related to the timeliness and accuracy of the measurement results.This paper,through the analysis of the principle of high-speed photodiode and preamplifier,specially the frequency response and stability analysis,introduces the selection method and application example of the highspeed photodiode preamplifier.
