摘要
目的观察医用硫酸钙治疗创伤性骨折的早期临床X线表现,评价其应用特点。方法2014年9月至2016年1月,医用硫酸钙治疗创伤性骨折23例;男17例,女6例;年龄20~71岁,平均41.6岁。术后即刻、1、2、4、6、8周、3、6个月依X线片计算医用硫酸钙降解率。结果术后1周,约69%残留;2周,约53%残留;4周,约26%残留;6周,约7%残留;8周,未见明确显影。骨痂初现时间为3~9周,平均(6.5±1.6)周,骨折影像学愈合时间为8~24周,平均(15.0±5.2)周,未见骨折不愈合。1例肱骨远端粉碎性骨折、1例胫腓骨远端粉碎性骨折伤口分别在术后7、10 d出现暗红色黏稠液体,后者后外侧伤口细菌培养为溶血性葡萄球菌。结论在创伤性骨折治疗中,医用硫酸钙降解速度较快,应用于表浅部位须谨慎。
Objective To investigate the X?ray gray scale changes of calcium sulfate and evaluate its clinical effect in traumatic fracture treatment.Methods23traumatic fracture cases were treated from September2014to January2016in our hospital.The degradation rate of calcium sulfate was evaluated by X ray assay.Results After surgery,about69%remnants at1week,53%remnants at2weeks,26%remnants at4weeks,7%remnants at6weeks were observed,while no remnants were found at8weeks after surgery.The initial time window of callus appearance was3to9weeks and the mean time was(6.5±1.6)weeks.The fracture union time was8to24weeks and the mean time was(15.0±5.2)weeks.One patient with distal humeral comminuted fracture had non?infectious delayed healing wound.One case of hemolytic staphylococcus in incision was cultured.Conclusion Calcium sulfate degrades rapidly,cautions should be taken for the application in the superficial bone.
