正畸带环与树脂临时冠对牙隐裂暂时性保护的疗效比较 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨牙隐裂暂时性保护采取正畸带环与树脂临时冠的疗效。方法:选取2014年5月~2015年5月期间本院接收的牙隐裂患者86例,随机分为对照组(n=43,采取正畸带环保护)与观察组(n=43,采取树脂临时冠保护)。观察两组患者的疗效。结果:两组固定成功率比较无明显差异性(p>0.05);观察组牙龈炎发生率显著低于对照组(p<0.05),其满意度相比于对照组显著要高(p<0.05)。结论:对于隐裂牙暂时性保护,树脂临时冠及正畸带环均有较好的固定作用,但前者患者满意度较高,牙龈炎发生率低,具有推广价值。
