小切口非超声乳化白内障手术在白内障患者中的应用及安全性研究

Small Incision Non-phacoemulsification Cataract Surgery in Patients with Cataract and the Application of Safety Studies

目的:探讨小切口非超声乳化白内障手术在白内障患者中的临床效果及安全性。方法:选取2015年1月~2016年12月本院收治的白内障患者70例(70眼),按照随机数字法分为对照组(n=35,35眼)和观察组(n=35,35眼)。对照组采用超声乳化手术治疗,观察组采用小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗,比较2组临床疗效及安全性。结果:观察组术后1d、3d及术后1个月视力高于对照组(p<0.05);2组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(p>0.05)。结论:白内障患者采用小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗效果理想,值得推广应用。

Objective:to study the small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery clinical effect and safety in cataract patients.Method:apply in January2015-December2016hospital treated70cases(70eyes)of cataract patients,random number method is divided into control group(n=35,35eyes)and observationgroup(n=35,35eyes).Control group using ultrasonic emulsification surgery,observation group with small incision non phacoemulsification cataract surgery,compared two groups of clinical curative effect and security.Results:observation group after1d,3d vision and postoperative1month,higher than the controlgroup(p<0.05);Complication rates of two groups are no statistically significant difference(p>0.05).Conclusion:cataract patients with small incision nonphacoemulsificationcataract surgery effect is ideal,is worthy of popularization and application.
