The Content Determination of Na^+,K^+,Mg^(2+),Ca^(2+) in the Blood Dialysis Fluid by Ion Chromatography

摘要 目的:研究离子色谱法测定血液透析液中钠、钾、镁、钙的含量。方法:色谱柱:阳离子交换色谱柱;淋洗液:20mmol/L甲烷磺酸溶液;流速:1.0m L/min;柱温:30?C;进样体积:25μL;检测器:电导检测器;运行时间:15min。结果:钠、钾、镁、钙线性相关性好,相关系数r均大于0.9995,平均回收率分别为99.9%、100.4%、100.5%和100.4%,RSD均小于1.0%。结论:离子色谱法测定血液透析液中钠、钾、镁、钙操作简单,精密度和准确度高。 Objective:To establish a content determination method of Na+,K+,Mg2+,Ca2+in the Blood Dialysis Fluid by Ion Chromatography.Methods:Chromatographiccolumn:cation exchange chromatography column;Eluent:20mmol/L methanesulfonic acid solution;Flow rate:1.0mL/min;Column temperature:30?C;Samplequantity:25μL;Detector:conductivity detector;Run time:15min.Results:Na+,K+,Mg2+,Ca2+showed good linear relationship,the correlation coefficient“r”was all above0.9995,the average recovery rate of Na+,K+,Mg2+,Ca2+were99.9%,100.4%,100.5%,and100.4%,and the RSD were all less than1.0%.Conclusions:Using Ion Chromatography to determine the content of Na+,K+,Mg2+,Ca2+in the Blood Dialysis Fluid is simplicity of operation,precise andaccurate.
