摘要
采用活性溶胀种子无皂乳液聚合法制备了表面修饰有羧基的彩色且在特定激发下释放荧光的聚苯乙烯微球。采用乳液聚合首先制备尺寸均一的苯乙烯纳米小球作为可溶胀活性种子,采用丙烯酰化的染料分子作为共聚单体,从而制备得到有色苯乙烯微球。所得到的有色微球进一步作为种子,通过溶胀法负载稀土配合物进行荧光标记,并再次通过乳液聚合使其包裹在微球内。为了便于生物分子偶联,在聚合过程中引入甲基丙烯酸作为功能化共聚单体,从而使所得微球表面被羧基功能化。
In this paper we report the preparation of colored polymer beads that possess carboxyl groups on the surface and emit fluorescence under excitation by UVwith specific wavelength,through active swollen seeds based soap-free emulsion polymerization.Uniform polystyrene nano-spheres are firstly synthesizedby emulsion polymerization and utilized as swellable seeds,onto which the co-polymerization of styrene and acrylated dye molecules produces coloredpolystyrene beads.The as-obtained polymer beads then act as seeds for loading of rare earth ion Eu complex and the following polymerization to encapsulatethe Eu complex as well as incorporation of carboxyl group to facilitate coupling of biomolecules.
