弥散张量成像技术应用于脑梗死的早期诊断

摘要 目的:分析脑梗死以弥散张量成像技术判断患者疾病分期的有效性。方法:以本院神经外科和神经内科2015年1月~2017年1月期间收治的59例脑梗死者为研究组,对比组为随机抽取60例同期入院行健康检查者,将研究组患者按发病时间分为超早期组(发病至检查时间在6小时以内)以及急性组(时间为7~24小时),组人数分别为25例、34例,对所有研究对象行弥散张量成像检查,比较正常者与疾病者病灶以及健侧对应区域FA值得差异,观察不同发病时期研究组患者梗死区域FA以及ADC值情况。结果:脑梗死者基底节区、侧脑室体旁、脑梗死区FA值均较正常者低,且急性组梗死区FA、ADC值均低于健侧,而超早期仅ADC值梗死区低于健侧(P<0.05)。结论:弥散张量成像技术能有效诊断脑梗死,判断患者脑内病变程度。 Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of cerebral infarction in patients with disease staging by diffusion tensor imaging.Methods:Fifty-nine patients withcerebral infarction were enrolled in the Department of Neurosurgery and Neurology from January2015to January2017.The patients in the study group wererandomly selected from60patients who were enrolled in the same period.The patients in the study group The time group was divided into super-early group(onset time to6hours)and acute group(time was7~24hours),the number of patients were25cases,34cases,all subjects with diffusion tensor imagingexamination,Normal FA with the disease and the contralateral area corresponding to the regional FA were different,observed in different stages of the studygroup of patients with infarcted FA and ADC values.Results:The FA values of the basal ganglia,lateral ventricle,and cerebral infarction were lower thanthose in the normal group.The FA and ADC values in the infarcted area of the acute group were lower than those in the contralateral area.Side(P<0.05).Conclusion:Diffusion tensor imaging can effectively diagnose cerebral infarction and judge the degree of brain lesions in patients.
