摘要
文章研究了退火态TC4钛合金股骨柄和烧结态多孔涂层股骨柄的显微组织和力学性能。结果表明,退火态显微组织为等轴状α+β组织,烧结态为粗大的网篮状组织和魏氏组织。烧结态股骨柄塑性下降较多,退火态股骨柄具有较好的综合力学性能。显微组织粗大是造成烧结态股骨柄力学性能下降的主要原因。
The microstructures and mechanical properties of TC4titanium alloy hip femoral stem was investigated.The results show thatβ-phases includingequiaxedαphase andβphase in annealed femoral stem when Basketweave structure was obtained after sintering porous coating in sintered femoral stem.Theplasticity decreases greatly in sintered femoral stem while annealed femoral stem had a better comprehensive mechanical properties.The coarse microstructureswere the main reason for the decline of the mechanical properties of the sintered femoral stem.
