腹部CT、B超与核磁胰胆管成像对肝外胆管结石诊断结果和应用价值探讨

Diagnostic Value and Value of Abdominal CT,Ultrasonic Testing and Magnetic Resonance Cholangiopancreatography in Extrahepatic Bile Duct Stones

目的:探析腹部CT、B超与核磁胰胆管成像对肝外胆管结石的诊断结果。方法:选取沈阳军区总医院2015年12月~2016年6月诊治的86例肝外胆管结石患者资料分析,均行核磁胰胆管成像、B超以及腹部CT检查,并对三种探查方式的检出率进行比较。结果:B超及腹部CT的结石检出率较核磁胰胆管成像低,而且在直径<8mm的结石检出率中均较核磁胰胆管成像低,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:核磁胰胆管成像的结石检出率高,在肝外胆管结石中具较高的诊断价值。

Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of abdominal CT,Ultrasonic testing and magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography in extrahepatic bile ductstones.Methods:the data of86cases of liver in patients with bile duct stones from the General Hospital of Shenyang military region from December2015toJune2016in the diagnosis and treatment,underwent magnetic cholangiopancreatography,Ultrasonic testing and abdominal CT examination,and the detectionof three kinds of exploration methods were compared.Results:the detection rate of Ultrasonic testing and abdominal CT was lower than that of magneticresonance cholangiopancreatography,and the detection rate of calculus in diameter<8mm was lower than that of magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography has a high rate of calculus detection and is of high diagnosticvalue in extrahepatic bile duct stones.
