摘要
针对60 m滚轮固定式铸镍铁机关键部件使用寿命低、运行故障多等问题开展研究,分析了铸铁模结构设计及材质、滚轮及链带存在的问题,针对以上问题进行改进,研究并试制了新型铸镍铁模。实验表明,其使用寿命是原铸铁模的5倍。同时改进铸镍铁机模口结构,并在注入模口两侧加装挡板。以上措施延长了滚轮和链带的使用寿命,运行故障率下降80%,提高铸铁机作业率,增加年经济效益98.2万元。
In this work,it was to carry out research on the problems such as low service life and operation faultof the key spare parts of the60m wheel fixed cast nickel machine.Analyses were conducted on the existingproblems in the structure and material of the cast iron mould,the wheel and chain belt.The service life of a newnickel cast iron mold researched and produced to solve problems above is5times as old as original cast ironmold.The die structure of the casting nickel iron machine was also improved and the baffle plates were arrangedon both sides of the injection die.As a result of the above measures,the service life of the wheel and chainoperation was prolonged,the equipment running failure rate declined80%and the annual economic benefit canbe increased by982thousand yuan.
