摘要
焊缝信息处理是实现焊缝跟踪的重要环节。利用DSP系统的高速图像处理能力,结合现阶段常用的图像预处理算法、二值化处理以及边缘检测算子对焊缝图像信息进行处理,分析比较了均值滤波、中值滤波、高斯滤波和双边滤波算法下的图像处理效果,同时对比了不同滤波条件下二值化图像,并对效果最好的二值化图像采用Canny、Robert、Sobel、Marr-Hildreth边缘检测算子提取边缘。研究结果表明:通过实际处理环节,验证了双边滤波加Canny算子的可行性和有效性。
It is an important step to handle welding information for realizing seam tracking.Combined with thepresent commonly used image preprocessing algorithm,threshold processing and edge detection operator,thisarticle uses the DSP system that has high speed image processing ability.This article analyses and contrasts themean filtering,median filtering,Gauss filtering and bilateral filtering algorithm in image process,and comparesthe threshold image in different filtering conditions.Finnally this article detects edge of the best binarizationimage by algorithm of Canny,Robert,Sobel,Marr-Hildreth.Through the practical process,the results show thatbilateral filtering and Canny operator are feasible and effective.
