摘要 某在研汽车加速过程中发动机会产生高频啸叫。经研究,该啸叫为阶次噪声,阶次为63阶;运用基于互谱成像波束形成方法进行声源识别,结果表明:该阶次声辐射源为张紧轮。进一步,对其高频啸叫的产生机理进行分析,提出一种内部光滑的张紧轮代替原张紧轮的改进措施,试验结果表明:63阶噪声峰值得到有效消除;主观感受高频啸叫声改善明显,有效提升了驾驶品质感。 A high frequency whistle noise was generated by an engine during the accelerating mode.Accordingto research which whistle came from the63rd Order noise;based on noise source identification method ofBeamforming,the result indicated that the Order noise radiated from the tension wheel.Through the analysishow the noise occur,a kind of internal smooth tension was taken to replace the original state.Furthermore,experiment results show that the63rd Order noise had been reduced effectively.The high frequency whistle iseliminated and the sound quality is improved obviously.
