摘要
桥梁检测车是用于桥梁检测的特种工程车辆。其专用装置采用二级伸缩、二级回转、二级变幅机构,形成三维空间、六个自由度的空间运动体系。由液压系统将工作臂弯曲深入到桥底对桥梁进行检测和维修作业。某新型桥梁检测车使用过程中出现伸缩臂下降速度过大,并伴有低频振动等问题,导致下降动作无法平顺进行,危及车辆及人员安全,必须对伸缩臂液压回路进行改进设计。
Bridge inspection vehicle is used for bridge inspection of special engineering vehicles.The working device adoptstwo-stage telescopic,two-stage luffing mechanism,forming three-dimensional space,six degrees of freedom of spacemovement system.By the hydraulic system will work arm bent deep into the bridge at the bridge for testing and maintenanceoperations.A new type telescopic arm of bridge inspection vehicle down too fast during using,and accompanied bylow-frequency vibration and other issues,and cause the drop action to proceed smoothly.Vehicles and personnel security arethreatened.So it is necessary to improve the design of the telescopic boom hydraulic circuit.
