摘要
换挡拨叉是双离合器自动变速箱的重要功能部件,其位移信号是DCT控制系统的关键输入之一,其结构的设计质量对整机的可靠性尤为重要。文章从拨叉磁铁组件的结构设计入手,对比了不同结构细节的设计对工程目标达成的影响,为面向量产的塑料产品结构设计提供思路和经验。
The shift fork is an important functional part in the Dual Clutch Transmission,its displacement signal is one ofthe key inputs to the DCT control system,so its design quality is particularly important to the transmission reliability.Thispaper introduces the influence of different plastic structural details of the shift fork magnet component to meet its engineeringtargets,to provide plastic structure design experience for the mass production.
