摘要
传动轴当量夹角的大小是影响传动轴工作性能的关键因素之一,传动轴当量夹角的设计优化是传动轴匹配设计时要考虑的一个重要方面。文章首先说明了传动轴校核的理论依据,然后介绍了通过作图法校核轻卡中常用的两段式传动轴当量夹角的具体方法和过程,从而为评价传动轴当量夹角是否满足整车设计要求及传动轴优化提供依据。
The size of the transmission shaft equivalent angle is one of the key factors that affect the performance of thetransmission shaft.Design optimization of the transmission shaft equivalent angle is an important aspect to consider whendesigning the transmission shaft.This paper first explains the theoretical basis of the transmission shaft check.And thenintroduced by graphing method to check the light truck commonly used in the two-stage transmission shaft equivalent angleof the specific methods and processes.So as to evaluate the transmission shaft equivalent angle to meet the vehicle designrequirements and transmission shaft optimization to provide the basis.
