混凝土搅拌运输车驾驶室侧倾问题分析与控制

摘要 混凝土搅拌运输车因其重心较高,当驾驶室侧倾较大时不仅影响整车的美观,更对驾驶员驾驶搅拌车造成很大的心理干扰作用。文章通过对某品牌问题车辆进行拆解测试确认副车架前台组焊后出现应力变形和驾驶室白车身组焊定位工装和夹具磨损导致的制造误差是造成搅拌运输车驾驶室侧倾的主要原因。通过增加副车架焊后内应力消除工序和严格控制问题驾驶室流入生产线的措施彻底解决了某品牌搅拌车驾驶室侧倾问题。 Because of the high center of gravity of the concrete mixing truck,it will not only affect the appearance of thewhole vehicle,but also cause great psychological interference to the driver when driving.Based on a brand of vehicledismantling test confirmed that the main reasons cause the cab tilt problem of concrete mixer truck are the stress deformationof sub-frame front group after welding and deformation of the cab BIW manufacturing error caused by the wear down ofwelding positioning fixtures and jigs.By increasing process to eliminate the internal stress of the sub frame after welding andstrictly control the problem cab flow into the production line,and then completely solve the cab tilt problem of this brandconcrete mixer truck.
