Because of the high center of gravity of the concrete mixing truck,it will not only affect the appearance of thewhole vehicle,but also cause great psychological interference to the driver when driving.Based on a brand of vehicledismantling test confirmed that the main reasons cause the cab tilt problem of concrete mixer truck are the stress deformationof sub-frame front group after welding and deformation of the cab BIW manufacturing error caused by the wear down ofwelding positioning fixtures and jigs.By increasing process to eliminate the internal stress of the sub frame after welding andstrictly control the problem cab flow into the production line,and then completely solve the cab tilt problem of this brandconcrete mixer truck.
