质量控制图在汽车燃气泄漏报警阀生产中的运用探讨

目前,天然气汽车在我国获得了重要发展,但燃气泄露具有不易被人发觉的特性,车用燃气泄漏报警器能很好的解决这一问题。如果发生燃气泄漏,车用燃气报警器会发出声光报警,是汽车油改气用户首选安全防护产品。其中报警阀是报警器的重要部件,它的质量会对报警器产生较大影响。文章以质量控制图为工具,采用了125组真实数据进行分析,进而得到了影响报警阀的生产质量的因素,并有针对性的提出了改进措施。并对质量控制图这一管理工具发表了自己的见解。

At present,the gas car has gained important development in our country.However gas leakage has acharacteristic that it is not easily detected,the gas leak alarm can be a good solution to this problem.If a gas leak occurs,the vehicle's gas alarm will emit a sound alarm,which is the preferred safety protection product for car oil users.The alarmvalve is an important part of the alarm,and its quality will have a greater impact on the alarm.Based on the quality control,this paper analyzed the data of125groups,and obtained the factors affecting the production quality of the alarm valve.Theauthor has pointed out the improvement measures,and makes his own opinions about the management tool of qualitycontrol charts.
