基于用电信息采集系统的港口岸电技术 被引量:1

摘要 国内传统港口岸电技术基本从电动汽车充电桩技术沿用变革而来。岸电设备本体内部配置售电设备单元,计量和计费单元精度不高,易引起购售双方价费纠纷,且岸电项目初始投资大,项目投资期长,不利于大规模推广应用。为此,该文提出了一种基于电网公司用电信息采集系统的港口岸电技术。基于电网现有营销业务平台,采取远程费控策略,将港口购售电系统融入用电信息采集系统,通过现场智能电表发布指令实现对岸电终端的控制和管理,某内陆港口的成功案例证实了该技术的可行性,与传统岸电技术相比,基于用电信息采集系统的岸电设施投资造价大大降低,占地面积小,适用于采用低压供电模式的内陆港口。 The traditional technology of port shore electric power from the electric vehicle charging pile technology continuesto change.Shore power equipment in the sale of electricity equipment configuration unit,Metering and charging unit accuracyis not high,easy to cause the buyer and seller price dispute.And the initial investment of shore power project is large,theproject investment period is long,is not conducive to large-scale promotion application.Therefore,this paper proposes a portinformation collection system with electric power technology based on Power Grid Corp.The existing marketing service platformbased on grid,take the remote control strategy,the port system into the purchase and sale of electric power informationacquisition system,control and management issued instructions to achieve the shore power terminal through the scene of smartmeters.A successful case of inland ports have demonstrated the feasibility of this technique.Compared with the traditionaltechnology of shore power,shore power facilities investment cost of electricity information collection system based on thegreatly reduced,small occupied area,suitable for the low-voltage power supply mode of inland port.
