国外连续碳纤维增强聚醚醚酮复合材料研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 聚醚醚酮由于其优异的耐化学腐蚀性、耐高温性和良好的机械性能,被誉为"工程塑料综合性能之王",是首选的热塑性复合材料的优质基体。高性能聚醚醚酮与强性能碳纤维的"高强联合",而制得高强度、高模量、低密度的高性能连续碳纤维增强聚醚醚酮复合材料(CCF/PEEK),为实现以塑代钢从根本上解决某些工程问题提供了高性能的材料。该文针对近年来国际CCF/PEEK复合材料研究前沿与热点,总结阐述CCF/PEEK复合材料的制备工艺、结构与性能的研究进展。 Poly(ether ether ketone)is known as"the king of engineering plastics comprehensive performance"owing to theexcellent mechanical performance,good thermal stability,and chemical resistance,and so on.its high quality of thermoplasticcomposites matrix is preferred.It is"High-Super joint"between High performance PEEK and Super performance of carbonfiber,and high strength,high modulus,low density continuous carbon fiber reinforced high performance Poly(ether etherketone)(CCF/PEEK)composites were made.This can supply high performance plastic instead of steel to fundamentally solvesome engineering problems.This paper reviewed research frontier and hot spots of the CCF/PEEK composites in recent years,and summed up the preparation technology,structures properties and application of CCF/PEEK composites.
