论财经高职学生诚信品质的培育——以四川财经职业学院为例

On the Cultivation of Students' Honesty Quality in Higher Vocational Colleges of Finance and Economics: Taking Sichuan Vocational College of Finance and Economics

"诚信"是财经高职学生最基本的职业道德,也是未来其职场最基本的准则,因此培育财经高职学生具备优良的诚信品质,意义重大。本文借助"层进式德育培育论""多元化系统论"指导,积极搭建"体系化的课堂平台、浸染式活动平台、体验式的实践平台、渗透式的网络平台"四大平台,开展"多元化评价",有效促进学生良好诚信品质的形成。

"Honesty"is not only the most basic professional ethicsof students in higher vocational colleges of finance and economics,but also the most basic criteria for their future workplace.Therefore,it is of great significance to cultivate good honestyquality of students in higher vocational colleges of finance and economics.Under the guidance of"stratified moral education theory"and"diversified system theory",we should actively build thefour major platforms,including a systematic class platform,animmersing activity platform,an experiential practice platform,and an infiltrating network platform,and implement"diversifiedevaluation",so as to effectively promote the formation of students'good honesty quality.
