我国高校教师评价存在的问题及发展趋势研究

Research on the Problems and Development Trend of Teacher Evaluation in Chinese Universities

教师评价是教育评价的一个重要方面,对高校教师进行公正、合理、全面的评价不仅对教师自身的专业发展起着至关重要的作用,而且决定着学校、地方乃至全国教育事业的发展水平。本文从高校教师的评价主体、评价方式和评价内容三方面分析了当前我国高校教师评价现状及存在的问题;并从相应方面分析了我国高校教师评价的发展趋势。

Teacher evaluation is an important aspect of educationevaluation.Fair,reasonable and comprehensive evaluation ofteachers in colleges and universities not only plays a vital role inthe professional development of teachers,but also determines thedevelopment level of colleges and universities,local and nationaleducation.This paper analyzes the present situation and existingproblems of the evaluation of teachers in colleges and universitiesin our country from three aspects:the evaluation subject,the evaluationmethod and the evaluation content,and analyzes thedevelopment trend of the evaluation of teachers in colleges anduniversities from the corresponding aspects.
