新教师角色认知对师生关系的影响——以小学新教师为例

摘要 初入岗位的小学新教师面临威信建立难度高、教学压力大等情况,容易急于求成,在处理与学生之间的关系时往往因为缺乏经验和方法不当而造成师生间的隔阂。本文从社会、学校、家庭及新教师角色自我认知与学生年龄发展等方面寻找原因,并试图从社会理解、新教师社会角色适应、师生间增加互动、建立良好的师生情感等方面提出有效解决问题的策略。 New primary school teachers are faced with the difficultyof establishing prestige and high teaching pressure.In dealingwith the relationship between students,they often create a gapbetween teachers and students because of lack of experience andmethods.This paper analyzes the reasons from the society,schools,families and new teachers'self-recognition,as well asstudents'development,and puts forward effective strategies,suchas understanding from the society,new teachers'social roleadaptation,enhancing of teacher-student interaction,and establishmentof good teacher-student relationship.
