摘要
"互联网+"教育是以教育为目的、互联网技术为手段、革新思维方式为举措促使教育体系更加优化的过程。随着MOOC、微弹幕、翻转课堂逐步在高校课程中得以应用,教师应当注重自身角色的转变,以便更顺利地应对时代的变迁。随着互联网技术的革新,教师应改变传统教育理念,由"讲授者"变身"设计师";注重品牌意识,主动营销自己,争取学生的认可度;逐步形成互联网思维,充分利用网络资源,做到因材施教;建立自己的线上教育平台,充分体现自身的时代价值。
"Internet+"education is a process to promote the optimizationof the education system with education as the purpose,Internet technology as the means,and reform of thinking styles asthe measure.With the gradual application of MOOC,micro-barrageand flipped classroom to curriculum in colleges and universities,teachers should pay attention to the change of their role,inorder to more smoothly cope with the changes of the times.Withthe development of Internet technology,teachers should changethe traditional educational philosophy,transforming from a"lecturer"to a"designer",focus on brand awareness and take theinitiative to marketing themselves,striving for students'acceptance,gradually form Internet thinking and making full use ofnetwork resources,teaching students in accordance with theiraptitude,and establish their own online education platforms,fullyembodying their value in the times.
