摘要
社会在发展,时代在进步,为了跟上时代的步伐,知识面也需要加大。而对于21世纪犹如初升太阳的大学生来说,知识的来源主要还是课堂。由此教学的课堂效率是一个受到社会各界关注的问题,我们需要研究出提高课堂效率的教学方法,既提高了老师的教学效率,又培养学生的对课堂学习的兴趣,提高学生在课堂上的主动性。本文我们一起来研究互动式教学理念的多向式提问教学方法对课堂效率的影响。下面我们就以管理学为例来进行研究。
The society is developing and the times is progressing.In order to keep up with the pace of the times,knowledge needsto be increased.For college student who are like the first beam ofsunshine in the21st century,the source of knowledge is mainlyclassroom.Therefore,the classroom efficiency is an issue that isof concern to all walks of life.We need to develop a teachingmethod to improve the classroom efficiency,not only improvingthe teaching efficiency of teachers,but also cultivating students'interest in classroom learning and improving students'initiative.In this paper,taking management courses as an example,thewriter studies the impact of multi-directional question-askingteaching method,belonging to interactive teaching ideas,on theclassroom efficiency.
