高职院校学生管理模式研究——以工学结合为例

Research on the Management Mode of Higher Vocational College Students: A Case Study of Combining Work with Study

高等职业教育正在经历由量到质的转变过程。各高职院校为了加快提高学校的内涵建设与学校的人才培养水平,从不同角度对人才培养、学生管理模式进行改革与创新。"工学结合"人才培养模式已成为高职院校人才培养的重要模式之一,该模式要求学生从校园到企业,通过企业指导老师的指导,把课堂学习的理论知识和企业实际操作紧密结合起来。在"工学结合"模式下,学生能否迅速投入正常的工作状态,能否迅速适应实习生活,直接关系到企业对高职毕业生的评价和认可。抓好"工学结合"时期的学生管理工作,不仅能为学生的职业发展奠定良好的基础,也能极大地提高学院的办学质量和社会声誉。

Higher vocational education is experiencing the changefrom quantity to quality.In order to speed up the improvement ofthe connotation construction and the level of personnel training ofhigher vocational colleges,the reform and innovation of the personneltraining and student management mode are carried outfrom different angles.The"work-study combination"mode hasbecome one of the important modes of talent cultivation in highervocational colleges.The mode requires students to closely combinetheir theoretical knowledge with enterprise practical operationunder the guidance of enterprise instructors.In the mode,whether students can quickly put themselves into the normalworking state and whether they can adapt to their internshipquickly,is directly related to enterprises'evaluation and recognitionof higher vocational graduates.Doing a good job in the combinationof work and study in the period of student management,not only lays a good foundation for students'career development,but also greatly improves the education quality and social reputationof colleges.
