高校工科专业创新创业教育体系的现状与构建途径

当前,大学生创新创业教育师资结构中工科教授比例很低,而工科背景的教师很多有创业或兼职企业的经历,他们和社会、企业有着天然的联系。国内高校在工科创新创业教育的学科内容、课程体系的构建等方面还处在初步发展的阶段。高校工科专业创新创业教育体系是一项复杂的系统工程,在构建的过程中必须要采取科学的教育理念、先进的教育模式、高效的管理机制和有效的实践环境,建立健全创业教育评价体系,才能够使得创新、创业教育得到健康、可持续的发展。

At present,the proportion of engineering professors isvery low in the teaching staff of innovation and entrepreneurshipeducation,while teachers with an engineering background havemuch experience of entrepreneurship or part-time jobs in enterprises,so they have a natural connection with society and enterprises.The domestic colleges and universities are still in the initialstage of development in the subject content and curriculumsystem construction for engineering innovation and entrepreneurshipeducation.The innovation and entrepreneurship educationsystem of engineering specialties in colleges and universities is acomplex and systematic project,so we must adopt scientific educationideas,advanced education modes,efficient managementsystems and effective practice environment in its construction,and we should also establish an improve an evaluation system forit,so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development ofinnovation and entrepreneurship education.
