摘要
经济的发展呈现周期性循环,在每个阶段都会有每个阶段的特征。中共十八届五中全会后,制定了一系列的经济政策。我国的经济发展也进入了新常态,危机与机遇并存。与此同时,就业问题凸显,如何扩大就业范围、协调就业比例、提高就业质量便成了我们应该关注的问题。本文侧重于从高校就业内部管理的角度,立足高校就业管理工作体系的建设、平台的建设,以建设科学、高效、规范的大学生就业内部管理体系为目标,结合实际工作情况来对高校毕业生就业内部管理做一思考。
Economic development presents different characteristicsat different stages.After the Fifth Plenary Session of theEighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,aseries of economic policies were formulated.China's economicdevelopment has entered a new normal,with crises and opportunitiescoexisting.At the same time,employment problems highlight,so how to expand the scope of employment,coordinate theratio of employment and improve the quality of employment hasbecome the issue we should be concerned about.From the angleof the internal management of employment in colleges and universities,this paper focuses on the construction of the employmentmanagement system and platform in colleges and universities,and with the construction of a scientific,efficient and standardizedinternal employment management system as the objective,it analyzes the internal management of college graduates'employment based on practical work.
