高等教育大众化背景下大学生就业问题的研究

A Study on the Employment Problem of College Students in the Background of Higher Education Popularization

高等教育的大众化和平民化趋势,导致高校毕业生逐年增多,而社会需求度有限,给广大的大学毕业生就业造成了威胁。本文通过问卷调查的方式,找到影响大学生就业的关键因素,结合调查结果,从高校和学生两个主体层面提出解决大学生就业问题的对策建议,促进大学生有效就业。

The popularization of higher education and the trend ofpopularization of higher education have led to an increase in thenumber of college graduates year by year,and the social demandis limited,which poses a threat to the employment of collegegraduates.Through the questionnaire survey,we find the keyfactors affecting the employment of college students,and accordingto the survey results,put forward some countermeasures andsuggestions to solve the employment problem of college studentsfrom such two main levels as colleges and students,in order topromote college students'employment.
