摘要
兴古7-H173井由于地层存在井壁不稳、油藏压力系数偏高的特点,通过优化井身结构、井眼轨迹设计、钻具组合、钻井参数,配合采用长城钻探自主研发的MWD随钻测量系统、旋转导向钻进系统等技术,最大限度地提供复合进尺比例,快速准确中靶,实现井眼轨道与设计轨迹一致。全井解决了浅地层造斜难度大、水平段携岩困难、起下钻摩阻大扭矩大等技术难题,为国内大位移水平井技术提供了宝贵的建议。
Because of the characteristics of strata Xinggu7-H173well exists wellbore instability,reservoir pressure coefficient is high,by optimizing the structure of the well,the well trajectory design,BHA drilling parameters,with the use of self-developed MWD the Great Wall drilling MWD system,rotary steering drilling system,the maximum composite footage the proportion of fast and accurate target,realize the trajectory design and trajectory consistency.The whole well solves the shallow oblique horizontal section technical problems under the cutting carrying friction torque,providing valuable suggestions for the domestic large displacement horizontal well.
