摘要
实际工程结构中有些载荷关键部位难以直接测量,针对这一问题,本文提出了用复变函数法进行结构连接件的载荷反演,并用带孔板模拟连接件进行了仿真验证。首先运用复变函数法推导出复杂边界条件下带孔板外载荷与测点解析关系,然后通过测量载荷关键点周围一定距离位置的应变或位移反演未知外载大小和方向,得到的结果与仿真的结果较为一致。
It is difficult to measured directly measured for some of the key parts of the load in aircraft load health monitoring.To solve this problem,A complex variable function method for structural load inversion is proposed in this paper,and the corresponding test is carried out with the orifice plate instead of connector.Firstly,the complex load function is used to derive the analytic relationship between the external load of the orifice plate and the measuring point under the complex boundary condition.Then,the magnitude and direction of the unknown external load are obtained by measuring the strain or displacement of the distance around the critical point of the load.The results obtained are in good agreement with the results of the simulation.
