摘要
本文针对高中英语词汇处理中存在的诸如呈现方式不当、忽视词汇处理、教学方式欠缺、缺乏词汇运用等问题及其成因,就如何将多模态话语应用于词汇处理进行了实践研究。结合阅读教学,运用案例分析法,本文提出了读前多模态呈现词汇、读中多模态嵌入词汇、读后多模态运用词汇的教学策略。恰当运用多模态话语处理词汇能够丰富词汇教学方式,增强词汇教学效果。最后,文章建议英语教师改变传统的教学方式,运用多模态话语处理词汇,提升学生的词汇运用能力。
In the light of problems of dealing with vocabulary in senior high school English teaching,such as improperly presenting methods,ignoring dealing with vocabulary,lacking teaching modes and use of vocabulary,as well as contributing factors,this article attempts to explore how to apply multimodal discourse to dealing with vocabulary in senior high school English teaching.Combined with reading teaching and employing method of case analysis,this research puts forward teaching strategies of presenting vocabulary before reading,imbedding vocabulary while reading,using vocabulary after reading,all of which are conducted with multimodality.It is found that using multimodal teaching appropriately helps to enrich vocabulary teaching modes and enhance the efficiency of vocabulary teaching.It is recommended that English teachers shift traditional teaching modes and use multimodal discourse to promote students’ability of usingvocabulary.
