阳光体育作为一种激励手段,在体育教学中具有重要的作用。该文通过对体育课进行教学指导思想、时间分配、组织方式等方面进行改革,通过实验教学研究得出如下结论:教学改革激发了学生的学习积极性,能够满足学生的运动需要,提高了学生的体质健康水平。

As a kind of incentives,The sunlight sports plays an important role in the sports teaching.Going through physical education reform of teaching guiding ideology,time distribution,organization and others and the experimental teaching research,the conclusions are as follows:teaching reform can inspire Students'study enthusiasm,can meet the needs of the student movement,and it improves the students'physical health level.
