摘要
《2016年欧洲心脏病学会/欧洲动脉粥样硬化学会血脂异常管理指南》在2011版指南的基础上进行了更新,主要包括:动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病危险分层,血脂指标检测及其意义,不同危险分层的人群降脂治疗的目标及目标值,生活方式干预,降脂药物的应用及选择,特殊人群的降脂治疗等。
European Society of Cardiology(ESC)/European Atherosclerosis Society(EAS)guideline for the management of dyslipidaemias was updated in2016on the basis of2011version.The revised text involved in risk stratification of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease(ASCVD),test of lipid profile and its significance,the lipid lowering targets for patients at different ASCVD risk,life style modification,the application of lipid lowering drugs,and lipid lowering in special population.
