A Deep Analysis on Overseas Investment of Chinese Enterprises

受目标投资国家或地区开放程度等因素影响,我国企业海外投资较多局限于相对狭小的地域和行业,海外投资的局限也迟滞了行业协调发展和企业"走出去"的步伐。建议企业应树立全球战略观念;行业协会要为行业交流和发展"架桥"、"探路";政府要运用政策、外交、系统控制等手段实施宏观调控。

The current China’s outbound direct investment(OFDI)flow has become the forefront of the world.The quality of overseas investment started to draw widespread attention.We find that there exist interactions between overseas investment and industry development.We also find there are much more overseas investments limited in a narrow area and industries because of the influence of extend of opening to the outside world of targeted countries or areas,etc.That would especially damage for the coordinated development of industries and discourage businesses from going global.In order to break through these bottlenecks of overseas investment,we suggest the enterprises should shake out of old habit of thought and establish the global strategic concept.Industry association should become the explorer and bridge builder for the development and exchange of industry.The government should implement macro control by means of policy levers,diplomacy and control system.
