区域创新系统框架下的科研环境研究

Research on Scientific Research Environment under the Framework of Regional Innovation System

本文对国内外区域创新系统方面的理论研究和实证研究进行了总结,提出科研环境是区域创新系统重要组成部分,认为产业界对科研环境有着巨大的影响,分析了区域创新系统中科研环境的影响机理和构成要素,认为科研环境直接关系到科技创新的效率和科技产业发展。以深圳为例,从区域创新系统建设的角度,提出了优化科研环境的几点思考和建议。

This research first summarizes prior theoretical and empirical research on Regional Innovation Systems(RIS)in China and abroad,upon which it proposes that Scientific Research Environment is an important component of RIS.It argues that the industry has great influence on Scientific Research Environment.This research then analyzes what Scientific Research Environment is comprised of and how it affects RIS.It draws the conclusion that Scientific Research Environment is directly related to the efficiency of technological innovation and the development of the technology industry.Lastly,it gives some thoughts and advise on improving Scientific Research Environment from the RIS point of view.
