医养结合型智慧社区养老模式初探

Study on The Combination of Medical Care and Intelligent Community Pension Model

人口老龄化是21世纪国际社会共同面临的重大问题。医养结合型的智慧社区养老模式,对未来解决绝大多数老年人养老问题具有重要意义。该模式运用网络平台,以社区医疗服务为核心,整合社区各类服务资源,为老年人提供多层次服务,以满足老年人的多种需求。文章分析了这一模式的关键环节与推行这一模式目前所面临的制度障碍,并提出了相应的对策建议。

The aging of the population is a major strategic problem in twenty-first Century.This paper point out that the mode of combining nursing with medical care is the best way to solve the problem in the future.The mode of use of the network platform,to community health service as the core,the integration of various community service resources to provide multi-level services for the elderly,to meet the various needs of different aged.The paper analyzes the key link of this model and the institutional obstacles in carrying out this model,and put forward some suggestion.
