The Path Choice of the “Village-to-Residence” Governance

随着城镇化的加速发展,我国大、中城市郊区和城镇周边迅速形成了一些集中村改居社区。集中村改居社区,存在许多单靠政府或者社区组织无法实现良好治理的困境。进一步优化集中村改居社区治理,应实现政府和社区组织的合作共治,顺利实现集中村改居社区向城市社区的过渡,全面提高集中村改居社区的治理能力,促进新型城镇化又好又快发展。

With the accelerated development of urbanization in China,intensive“Village-to-Residence”community rapidly takes shape around those suburbs and big or medium-sized cities and towns.there are many governance dilemma in governance of intensive“Village-to-Residence”community which can not be realized by governments and communities.In order to optimize community governance of intensive“Villageto-Residence”,government and community organization should cooperate to govern and improve governance capacity of intensive“Village-to-Residence”community.Intensive“Village-to-Residence”community could be successfully turned into urban community,which promotes a newpattern,sound and rapid urbanization.
