摘要
随着中国与印度两国之间文化交流的加深,作为印度国粹的瑜伽这一健康的运动项目逐步地在中国风靡起来,并受到许多高校的青睐,被引入高校公共选修课体系之中。目前我国高校公共选修瑜伽课程存在着教学手段传统单一、教学方式相对落后的现象。为寻找出适合在高校公共选修瑜伽课程中运用的教学方法,笔者在实际教学中采用新的教学手段和教学方式进行对比实验,以探索适合高校学生特点的教学新方法,希望能够为高校公共选修瑜伽课程的开展提供理论上的参考。
With the deepening of cultural exchanges between China and India,the healthy sport of yoga,which is the essence of India,is gradually popular in China and favored by many colleges and universities.It is introduced into the system of public elective courses in colleges and universities in.At present,China's public elective yoga courses exist in the traditional teaching methods,teaching methods are relatively backward phenomenon.In order to find out the teaching method which is suitable for use in the college elective yoga curriculum,the author adopts the new teaching methods and teaching methods in the actual teaching to explore the new teaching method suitable for the college students'characteristics,hoping to be the public Elective yoga course to provide theoretical reference.
