深井沿空掘巷非均称支护探讨

摘要 中兴煤业31202面沿空掘巷在支护密度较大的前提下仍出现较大变形,通过分析围岩泥质岩性特性提出了非均称支护方案,在锚杆端部采用让压构件,增大预紧力及补加两根鸟巢结构锚索等措施,使得支护围岩结构形成具有一定让压的耦合结构。支护效果表明,以"高强预应力让压锚杆+预应力锚索"为主体的强化护巷小煤柱侧支护的非均称支护形式,起到了明显的效果。 Aiming at the larg deformation problem of31202gob-side entry driving that used the higher density.Through the analysis of the shale lithology characteristics,presented unbalanced support scheme that use the pressure release component at the end of the anchor adopt,increase the pretightening force and add two bird's nest anchor and other measures,which make the supporting structure of surrounding rock formation has certain pressure coupling structure.The supporting effect shows that the"non-uniform support"form of small coal pillar support is strengthened with"high strength prestressed pressure anchor+prestressed anchor rope"as the main body,which has obvious effect.
