综掘面粉尘运移规律数值模拟及实测研究 被引量:5

摘要 对山西虎龙沟煤业有限公司1016掘进工作面进行数值模拟,研究了风量为400m3/min,风筒悬挂于巷道壁左上角,风筒直径为0.8m时巷道内的粉尘运移规律。研究显示:掘进工作面粉尘浓度最高;巷道回风侧粉尘浓度较进风侧高;距掘进工作面30m位置处,粉尘分布均匀。现场实测数据对比得出数值模拟结果的准确性。 In this paper,by the numerical simulation,analyzed the dust movement rule in the1016heading face of Shanxi Dragon Coal Mining Co.,Ltd.The study showed that the air volume needed in heading was400m3/min,and the air duct hung at the top left of the roadway wall and the diameter of the air duct was0.8m.The research shows that the dust concentration is the highest in the heading work;the dust concentration at the return air side of the roadway is higher than the inlet side;and the dust distribution is uniform at the30m position from the heading face.The accuracy of the numerical simulation results is obtained by comparing the field measured data.
