高职谷物加工技术课程教学改革

摘要 谷物加工技术是高职院校粮食工程专业的技能领域的一门核心课程,具有很强的实践性,传统教学方法重理论、轻实践。本文以开展"理论+实践"一体化教学模式为起点,从明确教学目标、整合课程内容、改革教学方法、建设教师队伍、构建评价体系等方面探索项目化教学方法。 Grain processing technology is a core course in the field of skills of food engineering specialty in higher vocational colleges.It has strong practicality,traditional teaching method theory and light practice.This paper starts from the“theory+practice”integration teaching model as the starting point,this article explores the project teaching method from the aspects of clarifying the teaching goal,integrating the course content,reforming the teaching method,constructing the teachers team and constructing the evaluation system.
