摘要
本研究中,选取市场上销售的部分冷冻食品微生物抽样检测,结果发现102份样品中,细菌总数和大肠菌群超标的超标率分别达到81.37%和21.56%,食品卫生合格率较低。在今后生产加工中,各级食品卫生监督部门要加强监管,把好生产的每一个环节。
In this study,some samples of frozen food were collected and tested.The results showed that the total bacterial count and the excess rate of coliform bacteria exceeded81.37%and21.56%respectively in102samples,and the qualified rate of food hygiene was low.In the future production and processing,food hygiene supervision departments at all levels to strengthen supervision,the production of every link.
