摘要
使用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)在采用国标方法检测都匀毛尖茶中16种稀土和铝元素,同时检测铅、砷、镉、汞、硒、锑、镍、铬和锡共9种微量元素,通过对比在原子吸收和原子荧光国标方法下各元素的检测结果,并做回收实验,结果证明ICP-MS同时对都匀毛尖茶中26种矿物元素的检测方法可行、结果准确可靠。
Simultaneous detection of16kinds of rare earth and aluminum elements in Duyun Maojian tea by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was used to detect lead,arsenic,cadmium,mercury,selenium,antimony,nickel,chromium and tin The results showed that ICP-MS could detect26kinds of mineral elements in Duyao Maojian tea at the same time,and the results showed that ICP-MS could be used to detect the contents of26kinds of mineral elements in Duyao Maojian tea,The results are accurate and reliable.
