布地奈德雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的疗效观察

Clinical observation of Budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of AECOPD

目的观察布地奈德雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床疗效。方法选取2016年2月~2016年8月收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者72例,随机分为对照组和观察组各36例。对照组采用盐酸氨溴索注射液雾化吸入治疗,观察组采用吸入用布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗,比较两组患者治疗有效率,治疗前后自我评估测试问卷(CAT)评分。结果观察组总有效率比对照组明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组治疗后CAT评分均明显下降,观察组下降更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期,能改善临床症状,减轻气道炎症,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of AECOPD.Methods72patients with AECOPD in our hospital from February2016to August2016were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Control group were treated with aerosol inhalation of Ambroxol Hydrochloride injection,observation group were treated with aerosol inhalation of Budesonide,the total effective rate and the CAT scores before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results Compared with control group,the total effective rate increased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the two groups after treatment CAT scores were significantly decreased,the observation group decreased more significantly,the difference was statistically significan(t P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with Ambroxol Hydrochloride aerosol inhalation,Budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of AECOPD can improve clinical symptoms and reduce airway inflammation,it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
