药房高警示药品管理中存在的安全问题分析

Analysis of the safety problems in the management of high alert drugs in pharmacy

目的分析药房高警示药品管理中的存在的安全问题,为药房高警示药品的管理与用药安全提供参考意见。方法选取2013年~2014年实施药房高警示药品管理前用药案例120例与2015年~2016年实施药房高警示药品管理后的用药案例120例为研究对象。比较和分析管理前后高警示药品的错用情况、管理出错情况以及使用后发生不良反应的情况等安全问题。结果对药房高警示药品实施管理后的错用情况、管理出错情况以及使用后发生不良反应情况等安全问题,显著少于管理前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对药房高警示药品实施管理之后,能够显著减少管理中出现的安全问题,并且能确保高警示药品的用药安全,表明规范管理药房高警示药品具有重要作用和意义,值得推广。

Objective To study and analyze the safety problems in the management of high alert drugs in pharmacy,so as to provide reference for the management and safety of high alert drugs.Methods120cases of drug use in our hospital during the year of before the implementation of high warning drug administration of pharmacy from2013to2014,and120cases of drug use of the implementation of high warning drug management in pharmacy from2015to2016were selected as the research object.Comparison and analysis of the management situation,drug misuse,warning management error and adverse reactions after such security problems.Results The occurrence of adverse reactions,the implementation and management of pharmacy misuse of drugs after high warning and error management by using the safety problems were significantly less than before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After the implementation and management of high alert medicines pharmacy,can significantly reduce the safety problems in its management,and ensure the medication safety of high alert,indicating an important role and significance to standardize the management of high alert medicines pharmacy,worthy of clinical application promotion.
