Uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage is one of the common and serious complications of Obstetrics,it is also one of the main causes of maternal death.This paper expounds the general situation of the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,summarizes the causes of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia,discusses the progress in clinical diagnosis and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.
