孕前保健配合婚前检查在提高孕妇自然分娩的临床应用效果分析

Analysis of clinical application effect of preconceptional care and premarital examination in improving natural childbirth of pregnant women

目的探讨孕前保健配合婚前检查在提高孕妇自然分娩的临床应用效果。方法选取100例进行孕前保健配合婚前检查的初孕妇为观察组,另选取100例同期仅接受婚前产检的初孕妇为对照组,比较两组分娩结局、产程时间及新生儿Apgar评分。结果观察组自然分娩率为87.00%,明显高于对照组的71.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组第一产程时间、第二产程时间较对照组明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组新生儿Apgar评分与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论给予孕妇孕前保健配合婚前检查可有效提高自然分娩率,缩短产程时间,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical application effect of preconceptional care and premaritalexamination in improving natural childbirth of pregnant women.Methods There were100primigravida receivingpreconceptional care and premarital examination as the observation group,and concurrent100primigravidareceiving premarital examination as the control group.Comparison were made on childbirth outcome,labor timeand neonatal Apgar score in two groups.Results The observation group had obviously higher natural childbirthrate as87.00%than71.00%in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Theobservation group had obviously shorter first labor time and second labor time than the control group,and thedifference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The observation group had no statistically significant differencein neonatal Apgar score comparing with the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Preconceptional care andpremarital examination for pregnant women can effectively improve natural childbirth rate and shorten labor time.So it has clinical promotion value.
