社区围绝经期妇女生殖健康状况与保健需求的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of reproductive health status and health care demand of community perimenopausal women

目的分析社区围绝经期妇女生殖健康状况与保健需求的调查结果。方法 113例社区围绝经期妇女作为研究对象,均进行调查问卷,分析生殖健康状况及保健需求。结果本组围绝经期妇女113例,生殖健康状况调查结果显示,在绝经前发生月经紊乱的妇女有56例(49.56%),月经紊乱表现是月经量减少,月经周期延长。有围绝经期症状妇女66例(58.41%),其中潮热出汗症状妇女48例(72.73%),性情急躁症状妇女27例(40.91%),忧郁失眠症状妇女29例(43.94%),下生殖道不适妇女14例(21.21%)。保健需求调查结果显示,需要了解围绝经期妇女日常生殖健康知识妇女40例(35.40%),一般需要了解围绝经期妇女日常生殖健康知识妇女60例(53.10%),不需要了解围绝经期妇女日常生殖健康知识妇女13例(11.50%)。结论社区围绝经期妇女生殖健康状况不容乐观,保健需求迫切,全面而有针对性的开展保健工作对妇女身心健康有利。

Objective To analyze the investigation results of reproductive health status and health caredemand of community perimenopausal women.Methods A total of113community perimenopausal womenas study subjects all received questionnaires to analyze the reproductive health status and health care demand.Results Reproductive health survey results of113perimenopausal women showed that56cases(49.56%)hadmenstrual disorders before menopause.Menstrual disturbances were characterized by decreased menstrual volumeand prolonged menstrual cycle.There were66cases with menopausal symptoms(58.41%),including48caseswith sweating symptoms(72.73%),27cases with irritable symptoms(40.91%),29cases with depression insomniasymptoms(43.94%).There were14cases(21.21%)with reproductive tract discomfort.Survey results of healthcare demands showed that40cases(35.40%)needed to know the perimenopausal women daily reproductive healthknowledge,60cases(53.10%)generally needed to know the perimenopausal women daily reproductive healthknowledge,and13cases(11.50%)did not need to know the perimenopausal women daily reproductive healthknowledge.Conclusion The reproductive health status of community perimenopausal women is not optimistic,and their demand for health care is urgent.Comprehensive and targeted health care work is beneficial to women’sphysical and mental health.
